Description | City of Murray Owner City Hall Building, 500 Main Street, Murray, Kentucky, 42071 Address Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of City of Murray - N.4th Street Water Main Relocation - Murray, KY. Being approximately 1,600 linear feet of new 6" water main and appurtenances from Ash Street to Walnut Street. Sealed Bids Will be received by City of Murray, City Hall, City Hall Building, 500 Main Street, Murray, Kentucky, 42071 At the office of Mayor Bob Rogers at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations: City Hall Building, 500 Main Street, Murray, Kentucky, 42071 and AGC of Western Kentucky, 2201 McCracken Blvd., Paducah, KY 42001. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Bacon Farmer Workman Engineering & Testing, Inc, 1215 Diuguid Drive, Murray, KY 42071, upon non-refundable payment of $25.00 made to Bacon Farmer Workman Engineering & Testing, Inc, per digital set and $100.00 per paper and digital set. If documents are to be shipped, an additional payment of $50.00 is required. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services and incidental items necessary to perform the work, all in accordance with the drawings and various sections of these specifications. If any person contemplating submitting a bond for construction of the work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the plans or specifications, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from any part of the plans or specifications, he may submit to the Engineer, a written request for interpretation thereof not later than seven (7) days before the bid opening date. Interpretations or corrections of the plans or specifications will be made only by Addendum, and will be mailed or delivered to each bidder of record. Question Deadline 03/14/2023 |
