River Commons Levee Landscape Maintenance

The work area contains multiple planting beds generally consisting of ground cover juniper and ornamental grasses with crabapple and dogwood trees, shrubs and flowers. There is approximately 86,000 sf. of planting bed area and approximately 413,000 sf. of turf maintenance. Location - Wilkes-Barre River Common, Planting Stations and Tuf Maintenance. Wilkes-Barre, PA Location of Work: The Planting Stations and Turf area are located between the south edge of the Courthouse entrance/parking lot to West River Street then West along West River Street to and including the Millennium Mockup on West River and then to the Susquehanna River. The work location is the entire River Common Area. The maintenance access road for the river side is behind the Luzerne County Courthouse.
