The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for demolition and construction (Carpentry, EPDM roofing, sheet metal, painting, railings, etc.) of two porches at the Clarinda Correctional Facility (CCF), Clarinda Treatment Complex (CTC), 1800 N. 16th St., Clarinda, Iowa 51632 This project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax.
