2022 Road Improvements

As of 08/04/2022 Start date: Will start a week or two End date: Early September The Town of Osceola, Polk County is accepting bids for grinding and repaving on 110th Avenue and 200th St. Project 1: 110th Ave, from 210th St. to 195th St., approximately 1.5 miles x 20'. Project 2: 200th St., from 110th Ave. to 120th Ave., approximately 1.02 miles x 21'. Work to be provided will consist of pulverizing the existing road, fine grade and compact, pave 2.5" compacted HMA with 2' shoulders. The Town of Osceola reserves the right to reject or accept any and all bids most advantageous to the Town of Osceola. Bid Results:- 1. Project 1, 110 th Ave: 210th St. to 195th St.: $ 243,669 2.
