Description

The Project consists of the development of a Town Common consisting of parking, pathways, landscaping, lighting, utility extensions/relocations and other elements show on the Drawings and listed with in the Project manual. The Work described in these Specifications and Drawings is to be awarded in whole to a single General Contractor. The Contractor receiving the award shall furnish all material, equipment, temporary facilities and services required to construct the following generally described Project and all appurtenant construction thereto, as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein.
