Flat Roof Areas: Metal deck with insulation and built-up modified bitumen roof system 3 Ply Type VI with FR rated 250 granular cap sheet with initial reflectance of .26 or greater for the new roof system as specified. 3. New pitch pans, and flashing metal, as specified. 4. Refer to Section 03000 for Asbestos Survey Report, follow appropriate procedures for removing asbestos. |
