| Description | Design Build Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Building Envelope, Roof Repair and Replacement Construction in Support of U.S. Army Reserve National Roofing Program (NRP), Army, and Air Force Reserves Sections. Sectors A, B, and C (Approximately 47,132 square feet): Prepare existing metal roof panel surface; replace missing fasteners and tighten all loose fasteners; replace pipe boots; install specified liquid applied silicone roof coating to include reinforcement at all seams and fasteners to provide a complete roof assembly in compliance with the plans and specifications. Any miscellaneous items shall be completed as specified herein. Replace damaged ridge cover and approximately 40 linear feet of rake metal where indicated on drawings. Provide new snow management system to include new snow retention rail system. Provide new lightning protection system. |
