| Description | Work under this contract shall include but is not limited to the furnishing of all labor, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, supervision, and necessary insurance to replace/repair damaged finishes and areas at HPD Property Room at 1202 Washington Avenue, Houston TX, 77002. 1. Interior prep and paint of gypsum wall boards and ceilings. 2. Demo and install new 4” rubber base. 3. Replace missing and damaged ceiling tiles with new 5/8” 2’X2’ Acoustical ceiling tile; match existing. 4. All work to be performed during regular business hours. 5. Clean all debris from jobsite. |
