Description

This project includes traffic calming and pedestrian safety elements at and between the intersections of Alsace Lorraine Avenue and Pilarcitos Avenue along Kelly Avenue. Scope of work inludes the installation of new high visibility crosswalks at both intersections, including one raised crosswalk, refreshening existing crosswalks, install a new curb ramp for ADA accessibility, upgrade existing curb ramps to comply with ADA Standards, minor pavement improvements, push button activated rapid flasing beacons, speed feedback sign installation, and other improvements.
