Maple Lake Estates Addition - Phase II

The project shall include the construction of the Maple Lake Estates Addition - Phase II development; consisting of earthwork, sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer services, water main, water services, storm sewer, subgrade preparation, geotextile fabric, aggregate base course, edge drain, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, sidewalks, signage, lighting, seeding, hydromulch, and other miscellaneous items. The Project will consist of the following approximate quantities: 119,000 CY Borrow Material 5 Acres Seeding and Hydro Mulch 4,300 TON Aggregate Base Course Class 5 3,000 TON FAA 43 Asphalt Pavement 10,600 CY Subgrade Preparation 17,200 CY Topsoil 2,800 LF Concrete Storm Sewer Various Sizes 1,200 LF 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer 3,700 LF 6" PVC C900 Watermain 5,700 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 800 SY Sidewalk Concrete 60 Utility Services (Water, Sanitary, Sump Pump) 1 Gate Traffic Control and all miscellaneous work necessary therefor and incidental thereto.
