All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This project is a Design-Build contract. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and miscellaneous services to accomplish this work in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 07 December 2022 and associated documents. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This solicitation will be a competitive 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and issued as an RFP using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 with a corresponding size standard of $19.0 Million. The contractor is required to be certified in SAM when the proposal is submitted. IAW FAR 36.204, Magnitude of Construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. A site visit is scheduled for WEDNESDAY, 01 FEBRUARY 2023 at 10:00 AM EST. Contractors requesting to attend the site visit must notify this office ONE (1) week in advance of established site visit. Any changes to site visit date/time pending a weather event will be posted to the SAM.gov notice. REFER TO SECTION L OF THE SOLICITATION FOR INSTRUCTIONS RELATED TO THE SITE VISIT. Questions due by WEDNESDAY, 08 FEBRUARY 2023. The proposal will be evaluated on Total Evaluated Price of All CLINS (0001 and 0002.)
