Wolf Creek Fire Protection District Parking Lot Expansion

The project consists of removing the existing gravel parking lot (phase 2) and replacing with base rock and a concrete parking lot. The concrete parking lot is approximately 498 square yards and includes an ADA parking stall, parking bumpers and parking lot striping. The existing storm sewers will be extended to the roadway ditch. Roadway ditch will be regraded and rip rap will be placed at the outfall of the storm pipes. Construction method and materials shall conform to the design drawings and the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2022 Edition.
