Construction Services related to On-Site Septic System Windermere Fields

The Town of Vernon, Connecticut is seeking proposals for construction services from licensed sub-surface installers related to the installation of a large septic system for the Windermere Fields Soccer Complex located at 60 Windermere Road, Ellington, CT. The complex as proposed has four (4) Soccer Fields, several parking areas, and two (2) buildings that will require wastewater services. The septic system has been designed by the Vernon Engineering Department and has been approved by the North Central District Department of Health and the State Health Department. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, fuel, and expertise needed to install this sub-surface disposal system consisting of two (2) septic tanks, one grease trap, precast concrete galleries, distribution boxes, associated piping, stone backfill, and miscellaneous other elements. The Town of Vernon shall purchase and provide the materials for this installation. Questions about this RFP should be emailed to David A.
