New Road Test Field House

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to 1. Demolition, including the removal and legal disposal of universal waste, hazardous building material abatement, of the existing building and associated support structure and site improvements after the new Road Test Field House is completed. 2. Construction of a new, approximately 1,670 SF, Road Test Field House, including but not limited to: a. Footing / foundation system b. Structural Steel frame system (columns, joists, deck, etc.) and associated components. c. Exterior thermal envelope (walls, doors windows) d. Building mounted illumination and other building mounted components. e. Interior finishes including walls, windows, doors f. Systems furniture. g. HVAC units, ductwork, installation of new diffusers and registers h. Plumbing fixtures i. Interior power and lighting components j. New SBS modified bitumen roofing installation including new flashing, drains and walk pads. 3. Miscellaneous site improvements including but not limited to site lighting, utilities, storm water management, new paving, striping and landscaping. 4. All required testing and inspection(s). 5. Note that all soils are deemed to be unclassified.
