Description

A. Site evaluation of complete existing HVAC systems including all roof top units, AHU'S, mechanical rooms, pneumatic and ddc controls, and all associated system components. B. Options for new HVAC system(s) with ventilation a priority. c. Review of structural capacity for the possibility of the addition of new equipment on roof. D. The existing heating plant is new and installed in 2021. Unit ventilators, unit heaters, wall ventilators, and fin tube radiation need to be assessed for replacement. E. Air conditioning exists in selected areas only. Administrative requirements: provide updates to the Windsor Public Building Commission on design schematic phase, construction drawings and specifications, mandatory GC bid walkthrough, bids review with town staff, Construction management, all closeout documentation, attend monthly PBC meetings updating Commissioners on project progress, conduct jobsite biweekly project meetings.
