Heating Oil Tank Spill Bucket Inspection and Testing

To perform annual fuel oil tank inspection and testing at various sites. 1.Perform hydrostatic testing of 21 spill buckets as prescribed by Maryland Department of Environment, at the locations indicated in Attachment 1. 2.Acquire or possess appropriate permits to perform this work: 3.A Maryland certified Underground Storage System Technician in compliance with COMAR 26.10.06; 4.A Maryland certified Underground Storage System Inspectorin compliance with COMAR 26.10.06; 5.A certified UST system tester: 6.That performs an approved third party test method; and Has a valid certification from the manufacture of the approved third party test method at the time of the test; and 7.Is employed by a UST testing company recognized by the Department on its list of approved UST test methods.
