RFP Design - Architectural and Engineering Services for the East County Flagship Library

Per Lynn Faulkenberry there are no public documents for Stage 2. Stage 2 is an oral evaluation and only the proposers in the competitive range are invited to participate. Architectural and Engineering Services for the East County Flagship Library Question Submission Close Date: 2/13/2022 4:00 PM PST PURPOSE AND OVERVIEW The Multnomah County Department of County Assets / Facilities and Property Management, on behalf of Multnomah County Library, is seeking Proposers from whom it may procure Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Services for the East County Flagship Library. The Project delivery vehicle will be a Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) process. Therefore the awarded A/E firm will be expected to work cooperatively with the Owner, CM/GC, Owner's Rep and other Trade Partners to design the Project and throughout the life of the Project. The anticipated start date of the project is mid-2022, and the anticipated delivery date of the project is early 2026. See Project timelines below for estimated design development and construction timelines. The purpose of the solicitation is to secure a Proposal of qualifications, as part of a multi-phase selection process, from A/E Service Providers who have prior experience in A/E Services for projects similar in scope, scale, and delivery methods. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
