City Commission Chambers Audio and Video Equipment Replacement

The City of Ormond Beach (City) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to select and contract with a qualified consultant (vendor) to replace the existing audio/video (A/V) system in the Commission chamber utilizing industry standard production equipment. The vendor selected will be responsible for acquisition and implementation of all selected components, project management, and providing a complete installation that meets the performance requirements as stated in the final contract. The City reserves the following rights: to waive informalities in any bid/proposal/quote; to reject any or all bids/proposals/quotes or portions of bids/proposals/quotes; to accept any bid/proposal/quote or portions of bids/proposals/quotes deemed to be in the best interest of the City; and to negotiate or refuse to negotiate with any offer.
