Description | Contractor to provide all manpower and equipment necessary for the complete removal and replacement of sidewalks in the project construction area. The sidewalks should be 5 foot in width and minimum 4 inches thick with 5 foot construction joints. Concrete will be provided by the City under a separate contract at no cost to the Contractor. New sidewalk shall be installed flush with the adjacent sidewalk sections. All finished work shall meet ADA standards. The City will provide a disposal location at 500 East Drive (grinding site) to dispose of all construction debris at no cost to the contractor. Contractor shall provide the manpower and equipment to transport all construction debris from construction site at no additional cost to the owner. |
