Wykagyl Resurfacing Project

**As of December 07,2022, project was awarded to Landberg Construction, LLC, awarded amount is $88,148.61.** The resurfacing project generally involves milling about 5,300 SY, resurfacing with about 460 tons of HMA, and related work. Bids will not be accepted after the specified time and cannot be accepted electronically. Proposals must be on the official proposal form. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Clerk, Borough of HiNella, 100 Wykagyl Road, Hi-Nella, New Jersey 08083 and identified as "Bid Wykagyl Resurfacing Project". Specifications provide for receipt of bids by mail. Those bids which are mailed to the contracting unit shall be sealed, properly marked and shall only be opened for examination at such time and place as all bids received are unsealed and announced. The Borough and its Solicitor will be the sole discretionary body for consideration or rejection of the proposals. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION REGULATIONS: Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. ($35.52).
