B320 Renovation

The work shall provide new tile flooring, carpet flooring, and lighting throughout the building. The Student Undergraduate Pilot Training program has increased from 250 graduates per year to approximately 500; therefore, this building expects a high volume of traffic and use. The age of the existing flooring combined with the 60% increase in student population/traffic has pushed it well past its service life. The current flooring throughout B320 is worn and unserviceable with mold growth and stains due to age and plumbing leaks.
