The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, utilities, and supervision for complete construction of Building 1: Repair Building Exterior Envelope - Phase 6 Period of Performance: 08/01/2022 to 11/30/2022 Location- 1815 North University Street Peoria, IL 61604 The scope of the project shall be performed in a neat, workmanlike manner and shall be sequenced for efficient workflow and to minimize interruption to the daily activities and ongoing research at the facility. The work components of the project shall include, but not limited to: o Repair and replacement of brick masonry. o Removal and replacement of windows. o Repointing of mortar. o Repair of cracks and spalls o Repair / replacement of selected limestone coping sections. o Removal and replacement of sealant installations. o Repair of metal coping installations. o Restoration and painting of surfaces. o Other associated repairs.
