| Description | I. All electrical permits and fees shall be included. 2. Recycling of lamps and proper disposal of ballasts shall be done in compliance with regulations. 3. Spare fixtures to cover a reasonable expectation of premature failures equal to five percent (5%) of total for each fixture and type are to be furnished to VVCC by the contractor. 4. Code deficiencies such as electrical wiring or life safety issues will be pointed out to VVCC. if discovered. 5. The project must reach substantial completion ninety (90) days after Notice To Proceed. 6. The VVCC has a recycling program and all recyclable materials are to be placed in designated areas. Examples include but are not limited to ballasts, wire and metals, etc. | ||
