Improvements to Ella Boulevard from West Richey Road to FM 1960

The project, improvements to Ella Boulevard from West Richey Road to FM 1960, approximate 1.5 miles, consists of the mill and overlay of existing asphalt pavement, access management measure installation, sidewalk on each sides, and new signals. The roadway improvements to be performed shall include but not limited to the following: 1. Construct sidewalk on each side and metro bus pads. 2. Install the storm sewer and other drainage components. 3. Install raised median. 4. Install Z-Crossing. 5. Milling and overlay of the existing asphalt roadway. 6. Implementation of traffic control plans in accordance with the Traffic Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. 7. Installation of the new signals at the intersection at Butterfield Road, North Forest Blvd, Southridge Road. 8. Construct permanent traffic control devices including pavement markings and signs in accordance with Harris County Pavement Marking Details and Specifications and in accordance with the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. 9.
