Interior Renovations Elevator Modernization

To include the installation of a new ADA compliant elevator with in an existing 2 story Lobby. The work associated with this project includes excavation for a new elevator pit, new concrete pit floor and pit walls; minor demolition of existing construction to allow for the installation; new electrical feeders; rerouting of HVAC ductwork; new storefront doors and framing; sitework revision related to the relocation of the entry to the Shields building.
