Loveland Boulevard Landscaping It is the intent of Charlotte County to secure the services of a Contractor to install landscaping along the sidewalk parallel to Loveland Boulevard between Nelson and Veterans Boulevard in accordance with the specifications and plans. The work specified herein shall consist of furnishing all permits. materials. equipment. labor. and operations necessary to complete the work as indicated. All work shall be completed within the contract time form the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The construction shall include. but not be limited to. establishment and removal of Maintenance of Traffic measures. the provision of approved signs and markings and Right of Way restoration.
