The Work to be completed under this contract includes milling, overlay, and restriping of the NJ Approach Ramps at the Walt Whitman Bridge All labor used in the construction of this public improvement shall be paid prevailing wage rates determined by the US Secretary of Labor and the NJ Department of Labor.
