| Description | The contractor shall provide services for repairing, maintaining, splicing, replacing short spans, environmentally protecting and testing of every strand of fiber at a minimum of fifteen (15) security posts/appearance points. Most of this work will be performed inside of or above ground at these posts. Some repairs may require limited trenching or pulling fiber back to an underground junction for splicing and conduit pulls. Much of this depends on the testing results. |
