| Description | The contractor shall, at a minimum, maintain a single point of contact for this effort. The work required includes the following: Clean HVAC systems for building 7538, a total of 38 fan/coil units. Disinfect and sanitize ducting systems for building 7538. Clean a total of 226 supply duct vents and duct lines. Provide Labor associated with the performance of this requirement. Upon completion of cleaning the duct system, if fungus is suspected to be present, an EPA registered antimicrobial will be introduced into the air conveyance system to eliminate spores which may be in the system. |
