The work includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 440 LF 8" Sanitary Sewer Pipe, 10'-15' Deep 650 LF 4" Service Pipe 650 LF 8" Water Main Pipe 650 LF 1" Water Service Pipe 550 LF 15"-21" Storm Sewer Pipe 2000 CY Select Granular Borrow 500 CY Aggregate Base, Class 5 1800 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 4600 SY Bituminous Mixture for Streets, 1.5" and 2" thick 40 SY Bituminous Mixture for Trail, 2.5" thick 800 SY 5" Thick Concrete Sidewalk 12.5 SF Sign Panels, Type C 0.8 AC Restoration (Seed and Mulch) Together with structures, hydrants, valves, fittings, erosion control, restoration and related appurtenances. The provisions of Minn. Stat. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract.
