Westlake Village Community Park - City of Westlake Village

Project Description: FY 2022-23 Construction of signage for Park and Ride wayfinding and initiating design concepts for entry feature signage. The pickleball court project will implement the design completed in FY 2021-22 for construction of pickleball courts within the parking lot in the vicinity of the YMCA facility. The Council awarded contract for design on January 12, 2022. This project is included in the City of Westlake Village's FY 2022-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Per the owner, as of August 16, 2022, the pickleball court project is still undergoing design and a firm date of construction has not been set. The owner states that a general contractor has not been selected. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
