Sports Complex Phase 3 Project: Facilities Building and Associated Sitework

The Work of this contract involves the completion of all Civil work described for Phase 3 of the Sports Complex total development. The scope includes: prepare building pad, place all concrete foundations and slabs, furnish and install metal building structure and exterior envelope including all windows and doors. New building footprint is approximately 9000 square feet. This value is not provided for estimating purposes only general scope information. Property is owned by The City of Lynn Haven, Florida. The owner has elected to furnish and install all interior framing, rough in, finishes and equipment for this project. Utility rough-ins will include slab rough-ins which the City has estimated it will take approximately 3 weeks to install once the contractor releases them to work on the building pad.
