Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Aquifer Storage and Recovery Wells Loop 101 and Hayden

Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide design phase and the complete construction phase services for the City of Scottsdale`s Aquifer Storage and Recovery Wells Loop 101 and Hayden project. This project will review the improvement plans, provide value engineering and constructability review and provide construction management of the proposed improvements and drilling subcontractor. This project will provide the City with four (4) new wells to recharge the existing aquifers with water from the City`s potable water distribution system and recover water for treatment by the City`s existing treatment facilities.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, Plumbing Piping, Plumbing Equipment.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Instrumentation and Control for Electrical Systems.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Water Utility Pumping Stations, Wells.
Division 44 -	Pollution and Waste Control Equipment, Water Pollution Control Equipment.
