Construction of improvements to include: Improvements to Apple Orchard well site including a new submersible pump and motor, construction of yard piping, process piping and meter vault, installation of instrumentation and controls with power supply, grading and drainage improvements, and site fencing. Improvements to Middle Gavilan well site including a new submersible pump and motor, construction of yard piping, process piping and meter vault, improvements to existing well building (HVAC, chlorination, electrical and lighting), new instrumentation, controls and power supply, grading and drainage improvements, construction of 2,200' long transmission line, and installation of an altitude valve and vault.
