| Description | Scum Concentrator Overhaul Remove the existing the drive motor, speed reducer, all sprockets, chains, shafts, bearings and flights from the scum concentrator unit. Steam clean, blast clean and epoxy coat the scum concentrator decant tank. Furnish and install new drive motor, speed reducer, sprockets, chains, shafts, bearings and flights on the scum concentrator unit as specified. Balance and align the drive system as installed under normal operating conditions. Complete 7-day test run. Scum Dewatering Press Replacement Remove the existing spiral scum dewatering press unit in its entirety, including the drive mechanism. Furnish and install a new spiral scum dewatering press and drive mechanism. Reconnect all piping and electrical connections. Balance and align the new spiral scum dewatering press as installed under normal operating conditions. Complete 7-day test run. |
