Water Treatment Plant Boiler Replacement

For “design-build” services relating to the replacement of the existing Water Treatment Plant boiler. Design–build is a project delivery system used to deliver a project in which the design and construction services are contracted by a single entity. Qualified firms will possess technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, references, and related prior experience to complete the projects described in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). Responding firms will also be required to demonstrate professional services which include, but are not limited to; design, construction, startup and commissioning of high efficiency condensing boiler heating systems, combination air eliminator / dirt separator / hydraulic separator and variable speed circulation pumps.
