Request for Proposal Design Build Falcon Fire Protection District Fleet Maintenance Building

An approximately 7,120 square foot metal fully sprinklered Fleet Maintenance Facility with three 56-foot-deep by 17.5-foot-wide and three 40-foot-deep by 15.5-foot-wide radiant heat bays with Plymovent vehicle exhaust extraction system, office, storage, reception and work areas per the preliminary footprint and elevations drawn by YOW Architects. Exterior shall be aesthetically pleasing and consisting of stucco and stone materials matching the existing Administration and Fire Station buildings already on site. The design elements described in this Request for Proposal ("RFP") are for bidding purposes only, and are subject to change through the design phase, as the scope of the Project is more fully developed. FFPD expects to develop the final design with the Contractor selected for the Project. Integrated Project Delivery General Contractor/Architectural Firm ( Bidder ) for the Design, Permitting and Construction of a new Fleet Maintenance Building in El Paso County, Colorado Late proposals will be rejected. FFPD intends to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder, but reserves the right to award to another qualified Bidder if it is in the best interests of FFPD to do so. FFPD reserves the right to waive any informalities in the proposals and to reject any and all proposals.
