Description

The project will construct roadway improvements along SR 161/ Washington Ave N, from Lynch Creek Drive E to 200' north of Center Striait E (SR 161 MP 2.91 to MP 3.38). The improvements to be performed include removal of existing pavement: temporary erosion and water pollution control; installation of new illumination system and rapid rectangular flashing beacon (R.RFB); storm drainage and water line improvements; construction of retaining walls, curb, gutter, and sidewalk; installation ofstreet trees in tree grates; urban design amenities; property restoration; installation of new channelization and permanent signing; and other Work.
