| Description | Kutztown University is seeking qualified painting contractors for interior and exterior building painting work to include, but not limited to patching, preparation, painting, and site clean-up as required. Work shall include all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment, and performing all work necessary to complete work. It is the intent of the University to issue unit-price (work order) contracts to multiple qualified contractors. In order to ensure the responsiveness of contractors, and in the best interests of the University, contractors must meet the following special requirements: Be located within 50 miles (as the road drives) of the University. Contractors located outside of the 50 mile distance will not be considered. Must have at least five (5) years experience in work performed that is similar in scope, complexity, and work environment. | ||
