2023 Shared Use Pathway Extensions

The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Approximately 10,300 lineal feet of 8-foot wide HMA Shared Use Pathway Approximately 1,120 lineal feet of 10-foot Treated Timber Boardwalk Approximately 1,400 square feet of Modular Concrete Block Retaining Wall Approximately 6,000 square yards of Slope Restoration, Type A All Necessary Appurtenances Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from Caledonia Township. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Caledonia Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five (45) days after the receipt of bids. The contractor shall have The contractor shall have Sixteen (16) weeks in which to complete construction of the project between the issuance date of the Notice to Proceed and November 17, 2023. Contractor can pick the start date, however upon start of construction work must be completed within sixteen (16) weeks of his start and prior to November 17, 2023
