| Description | The Work to be performed shall be janitorial services, including, but not limited to, dusting, mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming, trash collection and disposal, and facility maintenance to the government facility buildings as described below in this document. The City of Sunny Isles Beach is a world-class city that is looking for world-class service. We plan to award to a vendor who can provide exemplary service and exceed expectations.
