RCC Cypress Hibiscus and Palm Garage Improvements Phase 1

The following scope of work includes but is not limited to fueling components, replacement of exhaust fans in the Cypress Garage servicing the first floor Auto / Fuel exhaust system, including replacement of fire roll down doors; replacement of barrier cable systems at the roof level of the Cypress Garage and throughout the Hibiscus Garage; repair of corroded steel on the vehicular bridge between the 6th floor of the Cypress Garage and the 7th floor of the Hibiscus Garage; repair of exposed post tension cables in several floor levels and re-grooving of concrete surfaces of jockey ramps in the RCC Garage. Also included are: replacement of HVAC equipment in the Cypress Garage; replacement of roofing at the stair and elevator cores, exhaust fans, louvers, fire extinguisher/hose cabinets, electrical panels and automatic transfer switch (ATS) in the Hibiscus Garage. Replacement of elevators and air conditioning in the machine rooms, repair railings at the roof level, replace ATS, doors and exhaust fans in the Palm Garage, along with roof replacement at the stair and elevator cores; and repair stucco cracks, replace exhaust fans, cooling towers, valves, water pumps, repair of roof at fire suppression storage tan, and replace of louvered doors in the Energy Building.
