Description

Improvements at Sebastian Municipal Cemetery located at 1921 N Central Ave, Sebastian, FL 32958 will be done in two (2) phases. Phase I involves roadway stabilization and paving. Phase II will involve irrigation, sod and landscaping. Irrigation: 1. Install new irrigation system to adequately water Area #5, including drip irrigation to perimeter shrubs and trees 2. Include all irrigation lines, electronic valves, sprinkler heads and control system 3. Connect system to existing irrigation pump Sod and Landscape: 1. Provide and install sod throughout Area #5 (sod choice should be consistent with a species normally grown as permanent lawns in the vicinity of Sebastian, FL) 2. Provide and install landscaping (shrubs and trees per landscape plans)
