Description

The objectives are to perform toilet pumping services as needed (minimum of 6 vaults per pump) according to BLM requirements for the ISDRA, allowing the BLM to accomplish priority mission-oriented work in an effective manner. The Contractor shall provide all equipment and supplies necessary to provide for the toilet pumping services to include hand picking of litter and debris out of the units during pumping operations. The contractor shall properly dispose of human wastes, litter, debris, and liquids at an approved facility, provide the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) documentation of disposal and all work shall be performed in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations. The contractor shall provide all safety items necessary to meet local Department of Health and Safety Standards. The contractor shall provide the necessary items to clean areas in the event of spillage or leaks during the pumping operations. The contractor is responsible for protection of his equipment from vandalism. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, safety items, materials, proper disposal, and incidentals to ensure public health and safety.
