Description

Removal of existing geothermal system in main mechanical room, along with associated reversing chiller, heat exchanger, and pumps. Well to remain. Installation of new chiller at building exterior. New chiller will require extension of existing sidewalk into parking lot and new fencing installation around chiller and existing electrical equipment to remain. New nat. gas condensing boiler shall be installed in mechanical room to function as new lead boiler. Existing boilers shall remain as backup/lag boilers. Existing pump P-4 power shall be moved onto existing emergency generator.
