Tidal Wave Auto Spa

Conversion of an existing car wash into a Tidal Wave. Remove the existing oil change building, underground detention system, the above-ground reclaim tanks, existing paving, awnings, oil/water separator, concrete, etc. additionally, the existing building will have selective demolition to remove most of the interior partitions, some exterior windows, potions of the exterior walls, etc. For the new work, a new underground detention system will be installed with new storm drain lines. A new sewer and reclaim system will be installed. New concrete paving and curbs as per the plans will be installed. Finally, the site will have new landscaping installed with an irrigation system. The building will have new additions added to three sides of the building. The additions will have some new footings going under the existing columns, modifications and/or extensions to the existing trench, a new conveyor trench along the southern portion of the building, new masonry walls, and new metal stud framing at the interior. The facade will have a new split-faced masonry, stone veneer, EIFS, and storefront.
