The successful bidder must agree to indemnify and save the State harmless from all losses, damages, and expenses in accordance with the terms of agreement for the removal of the improvements. A certificate of insurance for liability must be furnished to the State before the successful bid can be awarded. The state reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the decision of the Property Management Office will be final. All materials are to be properly disposed of in a permitted landfill.
