Description

Reference Number-0000320341 Metro Water Recovery (Metro) is planning to complete a procurement process to hire a Public-Private Partnership (P3) Entity for the Cogeneration Equipment Replacement Project (Project). The Project may include services to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain the Project as necessary to replace the existing cogeneration system. Metro has beneficially used biogas in a combined heat and power (CHP) system at their Robert W. Hite Facility since 1984. Today, a number of sustainable and revenue-positive solutions are available for biogas utilization. The P3 Entity will partner with Metro to develop solutions to maximize the value of Metro's biogas.
