On-Call Hazardous Waste Removal Services

CVWD is requesting proposals from qualified firms for on-call hazardous waste removal services to dispose of waste streams from various sites including, but not limited to, CVWDs water treatment facilities, service stations, and auto and mechanical facilities. CVWD is a California-classified, small-quantity generator, generating up to 4,000 pounds (lbs) of hazardous waste per month, excluding universal wastes, and/or 2.2 lbs or less of acutely or extremely hazardous waste per month (as defined as by the State Department of Toxic Substance Control). Within fifteen (15) business days of Notice of Award, the Successful Proposer must furnish the District with the Certificates of Insurance proving coverage as specified in the attached Professional Services Agreement. The Successful Proposer shall execute the attached Professional Services Agreement within fifteen (15) business days after Notice of Award.
