Description

The Colville Confederated Tribes is announcing a request for quotes (RFQ) for the Colville Tribes' INCHELIUM Resource Center. The resource center is located at 12 Community Loop Road, Inchelium, WA. The quote proposed shall be considered in phases to determine the most amount of work capable of completion within the set budge. The following phases are listed in order by priority and the inclusion of each subsequent phase in the final project will be determined after bid opening. All library materials, equipment, and furniture will be removed prior to the project start by staff, and is not a contractor responsibility. Disposal of all excess waste and unusable materials will be the contractor's responsibility. 1. Main Library Area: Flooring a. Removal of old flooring, debris, etc. for clear surface for install. b. Flooring replacement with wood look laminate flooring. Selection should not exceed $3.25 per square foot. c. Includes flooring install following proper installations instructions and necessary materials including but not limited to padding, sealing, proper removal of obstructions to ensure a flat lay, and base molding. 2.
